Terms of Service

These terms apply to the InterviewGuru website (interviewguru.in) and desktop apps (together, "InterviewGuru"). InterviewGuru is operated by QYOTECH LLP, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using InterviewGuru, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your license key private.

Free trial

Each account gets one free trial of 10 minutes of live use, so you can check that InterviewGuru works on your computer and with your meeting apps before you buy.

Plans and payment

• Outside India: Pro Monthly and Pro Quarterly are subscriptions billed in US dollars. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all these orders: it sells the subscription to you, charges your payment method, collects any sales tax or VAT, and handles payment-related customer service and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to these purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (1 month or 3 months) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (Manage subscription) or from the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• In India: Pro Monthly and Pro Quarterly are paid in rupees through Cashfree Payments and sold by us. You choose at checkout:
  • Renew automatically: you authorise UPI Autopay or your card once; the first period is charged straight away and each later period (1 or 3 months) is charged automatically, with a notice from your bank or UPI app before each charge. Cancel at any time from your dashboard (Cancel auto-renew); you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Pay once: 30 or 90 days, prepaid, with no automatic renewal; buy again to continue.
  • 5-Day Pass: ₹499 for 5 days of Pro, paid once, with no automatic renewal.
• If we change a subscription price, we will tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
• A paid license can be activated on up to 2 devices; a trial license on 1 device. Licenses may not be shared, resold or transferred.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including laws that require the consent of everyone in a conversation before it is recorded or transcribed.
• You are responsible for following the rules of any interview, assessment, exam or employer you use InterviewGuru with.
• Do not misuse InterviewGuru: no reverse engineering, bypassing license or usage limits, automated access, or attempts to disrupt the service.

AI answers

Answers are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them. We do not guarantee any interview outcome or job offer.

Availability and changes

We work to keep InterviewGuru available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, and we will post changes to these terms on this page. Continuing to use InterviewGuru after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using InterviewGuru and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

InterviewGuru is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
